Pregnancy, Parent-Child & Family Therapy
Support during pregnancy, the early years, and across childhood.
Pregnancy, Parent-Child & Family Therapy
Pregnancy and the early years can bring questions, strain, and unexpected emotions – even when you love your child deeply. I support pregnant women, expectant parents – individually or as a couple – and families as they make sense of development, behavior, big feelings, neurodevelopmental concerns, family transitions, and the relationship patterns that shape daily life. This work can include strengthening parent-child connection, supporting co-regulation and reflective parenting, helping caregivers respond to their child and each other with more understanding, and navigating separation or divorce in ways that keep the child's needs in view.
Strengthening parent-child connection
This work can include strengthening parent-child connection, supporting co-regulation and reflective parenting, and helping caregivers respond to their child and each other with more understanding.
Family transitions can include separation or divorce. Therapy can help families navigate these changes in ways that keep the child's needs in view.
Reflective Couples and Parenting Therapy
Parenting can bring out parts of ourselves – and parts of our relationship – that we did not know were there. I help couples look beneath their child's behavior, understand one another's reactions, and develop a shared approach to parenting that supports both their child and their relationship.
