What is ADHD Coaching for teens/adults?

This personalized coaching helps teens/adults with diagnosed or suspected ADHD build routines, time-management habits, and brain-aligned systems so they can thrive.

How many sessions are included?

The Wholeness in Parenting program runs for eight weeks, typically including one group coaching session and an optional individual session each week. ADHD coaching is flexible, with packages typically ranging from 6–12 sessions over several weeks.

Will I get homework or tools?

Yes—you'll receive reflection prompts, practice exercises, workbooks, and downloadable resources to embed learnings into everyday life.
