Therapy FAQ

What age range and concerns do you specialize in?

We work with children and teens, typically aged 3–17, who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, sensory differences, ADHD, autism, or school-related stress. Our approach is tailored to each child’s developmental stage and individual needs.

What therapeutic approaches do you use?

Our work is grounded in evidence-based, relational, and trauma-informed methods, including play therapy, attachment-focused interventions, cognitive techniques, and sensory regulation—all delivered in a culturally responsive and spiritually affirming environment.

How long does therapy usually take?

The length of therapy varies based on each child’s goals. Many families see meaningful progress within 10–20 sessions, though ongoing support and parent coaching can extend the work as needed.

Do you involve parents in sessions?

Yes! Parental involvement is a key part of our model. We offer family or parent coaching sessions to maintain progress at home and build lasting strategies for connection and co-regulation.

Is therapy faith-based?

While our practice is faith-informed and welcoming of spiritual values, sessions are tailored to each family's beliefs and comfort level. We honor your preferences in how we reference faith or scripture.
